living in the Central Ohio area.
The operating staff of Autumn Health Care, Inc. has over 50 years
of healthcare experience. Owned by Steve
Hitchens, Autumn Health Care, Inc. was established
in 1999 with the purchase of one skilled nursing facility in Newark
Ohio. Since then,
Autumn Health Care, Inc. has grown into a multi-facility
organization with nursing facilities in Licking, Muskingum,
Coshocton, Knox, Perry and Guernsey
counties.
Autumn Health Care Inc. is proud to employ over 500
dedicated individuals. Our staff is highly trained and participates
in continuing education programs ensuring the highest quality of
care is delivered to each resident. Whether newly built or
purchased from a previous owner, Autumn Health Care renovates each
facility to provide the latest healthcare options and services to
