Because of our small, intimate size, we are able to provide you with an unsurpassed level of personalized attention. Autumn Health Care of Newark is a 48-bed skilled nursing facility, offering private rooms for those residents who need short-term rehab following a hospital stay. Short-term rehabilitation services are provided in our spacious in-house therapy department.
Autumn Health Care of Cambridge is a 50-bed skilled nursing facility with a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center that offers residents comprehensive care in a unique “Main Street” style setting.
