Autumn Health Care of Cambridge is a 50-bed skilled nursing facility with a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center that offers residents comprehensive care in a unique “Main Street” style setting.

Residents and visitors can enjoy a sense of community captured inside with distinctive streetscape views.  A café, library, chapel, movie theater, bank and barber/beauty salon add to the “Main Street” experience.  Autumn Health Care of Cambridge offers one of the largest and most diverse rehabilitation departments in the area, featuring physical, occupational, speech and advance hydro therapy.  Our facility was designed with our resident’s comfort in mind.  The layout of our rooms offer residents maximum comfort and privacy.  Autumn Health Care of Cambridge also offers outpatient therapy.
