Because of our small, intimate size, we are able to provide you with an unsurpassed level of personalized attention.  Autumn Health Care of Newark is a 48-bed skilled nursing facility, offering private rooms for those residents who need short-term rehab following a hospital stay.   Short-term rehabilitation services are provided in our spacious in-house therapy department.

Short-term rehab is ideal for those residents needing additional strengthening and education prior to returning home. Long-term care is also available for residents needing 24-hour nursing care and supervision.  We also offer 9 one bedroom assisted living suites that provides a comfortable and safe environment for those older adults who want to retain their independence, but don’t required the skilled care of a nursing home.  Autumn Health Care of Newark also offers outpatient therapy.
