Our Express Rehab & Recovery Program offers you the opportunity to “Pre-Plan” your inpatient care and treatment after a surgery or other planned medical procedure.  The program is also available for those who had an acute illness, injury or exacerbation of a disease process and who a prognosis of recovery which allows the patient to discharge to home or a lower level of care.
