Hospice Services

Selecting hospice is a decision made by many families when addressing the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of a loved one with a terminal illness.  Autumn Health Care values the need and understanding to provide a pain-free and comfortable environment.  Hospice Care is provided under the direction of a licensed hospice provider that will work with our caring staff to ensure your loved one receives the gentle loving care needed during this difficult time.  We can coordinate pastoral care services to ensure spiritual needs are met and our social workers are available to help the resident and family with the various emotional issues you and your loved ones face.  We understand the importance of family support so we will do everything possible to provide your loved one with a private room and comfortable accommodations whenever possible.

Respite Services

Our respite care program at Autumn Health Care offer’s family and caregivers a relief from the day-to-day demands of around the clock care for loved ones.  This special service allows families to take a much needed break to take a vacation, attend a business trip or take some time to attend to personal issues that arise.  You can take comfort that your loved one is receiving 24-hour nursing care, nutritious meals and daily activities for socialization.  So whether you need to take a few days, a week or a month, Autumn Health Care is here with a helping hand.  Speak to the Social Service director for more information or to schedule a stay.
