Restorative Nursing Services
Restorative nursing works to maintain our resident’s optimal functional and independence levels. Our nursing staff works in conjunction with our highly trained therapy department to create a restorative program individualized to each resident’s need. Our restorative nursing program incorporates all activities of daily living such as, ambulation and balance training, therapeutic exercises and range of motion, transferring, toileting, personal care and a progressive self-feeding program to teach independence. Our nursing department is specially trained to implement and carry out the programs. Helping people help themselves is a key component of our well organized restorative nursing program and fundamental to our commitment to quality care.
